Sooooo, Sisko never got to be a captain

I guess that's the problem with a written interview. I can't hear her voice. That, and it seems like only people very familiar with the actress would be able to tell in this case that she might be joking. It would help if the interviewer said she was joking. Otherwise, one would think it to be a serious interview. It is what it is, though.
