Naturally Seven's brain functions could be downloaded into a Borg USB port and downloaded into the Doctor's program to save her essence. Not to mention this would technically count as getting into her pants, however metaphorically for him!

We all know he didn't spent all his time eating when he inhabited her body.

It's like Steve Martin in L.A. Story: "I could never be a woman. I'd just stay home and play with my breasts all day."

If we could switch bodies as happens with exciting frequency in science fiction anyone who didn't immediately lock themselves in the bedroom upon ending up in the other gender is an idiot.

It's alarming how many of them just rush off to sickbay instead!
