I don't think so. I've reread that recently and it doesn't ring a bell. Of course, that also means I don't know which book it is from. :)

PS: Why do you say fictitously yours?

It's an affectation that turned into a habit. When I first started using the Trent Roman persona on a regular basis, it was at a free-wheeling amateur fiction website (both fan- and original), and there was no signature function as modern forums and bulletin boards have, so I started tacking that onto my posts as a thematically appropriate way to sign my posts. Eventually, it just became ingrained. Hell, it's gotten to the point that I sign almost all my correspondence with 'yours', regardless of the persona I'm operating under. Technically, it's still accurate since Trent Roman is not my 'legal' identity, but rather a nom-de-plume/guerre. And I've always had a soft spot for the ridiculously elaborate way folk used to sign their missives a few centuries back, so you could say it's also a deliberate archaism I've become fond of.

I remain, as always, your most humble and fictitious servant,
    Trent Roman

Ah yes, from I remain, as always, your most ob't servant. I like it!

Now back to your regularly scheduled game, still being mulled over (unless Trent's got it).
