Well, there is still no official word on it from HMX themselves... And apparently next week might see a Creedence Clearwater Revival Pack... And a big pack at that, like 12 songs... http://www.rockband.com/forums/showthread.php?t=194797
CCR = pure win. I know it's kinda ridiculous, but I'm hoping for the 11-minute version of "Heard it Through the Grapevine"...
Someone in that thread makes a good point - with Pro Mode on the horizon, buying the DLC seems kind of like planned obsolescence.
I cant wait to get the multitracks for CCR and the stems for all of Greendays stuff is awesome too... I love making my own mixes... Thanks HMX

I was hoping that the last Oasis album would go on sale since that'd be the only DLC I'm interested in at this point, but oh well.
5 more RB3 songs revealed: http://rockbandaide.com/6350/add-four-more-songs-to-the-rock-band-3-setlist-rumor-train/
I'm surprised it hasn't been noted that Dan Teasdale, lead designer of the Rock Band series, has, as of last week, left Harmonix for Twisted Pixel (which made last year's hit XBLA game, 'Splosion Man).
Oh wow. I wonder if that was like a Peter Moore thing where he just stuck around to do PR for E3 before leaving. Their next game is that comic book themed beat'em up but now I wonder if they'll be doing something music rhythm related next.
According to his blog post, he left once the game was done and it was in the bug cleaning phase. So there wasn't much left for him to do as lead designer and wanted to work with smaller teams on games.
Yeah, that's understandable. Certainly at HMX/MTV, you're basically stuck doing the RB clones and now this dancing game. RB PSP is probably the closest they've come to making a different game in recent years.
