Not bad. The one with Bashir at the table needs work. It looks a little too clear compared to the rest of the pic.

If I might make a couple of suggestions? Nice image, but there's a hint of a ready brek glow around the hair. A bit of careful work with the eraser should deal with that. As Ziz points out, this needs a little work. Nothing serious, her head needs darkening and slightly blurring so it doesn't stand out so much. Apart from that, good work. The heads are the right size for the bodies, which is quite rare for photomanips! Above all, have fun!
A little film grain wouldn't hurt either, as well as shifting the skin tone into the red range to match the lighting. And if you really want to get into pixel-by-pixel manipulation, it looks like you were looking off to your right in the original picture. You might want to re-focus your eye to be looking more at Julian and not off to his side.
I actually like the way she looks off to one side, there's a story there. Maybe she's silently signalling one of her friends "Ha ha, I've got a date with the hot doctor!" Or maybe she thinks he's an utter creep and is looking for an exit...
