My daughter is addicted to the best of Nimoy/Shatner singing CD (in particular Bilbo Baggins, but she likes Mr Tambourine Man too... no accounting for taste!) She took the CD to nursery (kindergarten) today and the carers reliably inform me that all of the children danced all day to their dulcet tones! (Average age 2.5 years). Star Trek TOS lives...
Get a copy of Shat singing "It Was a Very Good Year." I dare you to make it all the way thru it. And you've seen Nimoy's Hobbit Song video, right? If you haven't, I'm sure the link will be posted swiftly.
Hey, according to my daughter, A Very Good Year was part of the whole pre-school experience.. Woulfe, they love it! Bilbo, bilbo baggins... (It was a VERY GOOD year.)
I'm the world's biggest Shatner/Nimoy musical efforts' fan. My daughter's nursery.. my workplace... my friends' houses... they all now operate to the sound of "If I Had I Hammer" The Bilbo song though....3 year olds go mental to it... the kindergarten carers looked haggard as they told me "your daughter wanted the Bilbo song all day..."
