Not to mention all the Avengers that will be no doubt appearing in the X-Men tie in books as well. Yeah Marvel timed this event well with the film just around the corner :) I seriously can't wait for AVX. I know some here are event-burned out, but this one has potential to be really special and impact full (yeah, yeah I know we've been told this before with others lol) I haven't been this excited though since Civil War.

At least AVX is going to be a natural evolution of the larger storyline, a la Siege or Secret Invasion, and not some out of the blue conflict like Fear Itself.

out of this week's comics i thought Fantastic Four and X-Men Legacy were the best. Scarlet Spider is still fun. Wolverine and the X-Men was good too. though i liked the Kitty/Broo story more than Wolverine and Quentin.

-Amazing Spider-Man #682 (The Ends of the Earth begins. The Sinister Six versus Spider-Man and the Avengers for control of the world...as Ock unleashes his final master plan!)

-Kick-Ass 2 #7 (This has been simply magnificent so far, can't wait for the conclusion)
-Supercrooks #1 (forgot this was coming out!!)
-Uncanny X-Men #9 (Still giving this a chance)

It'll be one week until Avengers Vs X-Men begins with issue zero!

Agreed about Kick-Ass 2. I never read the first one, but saw the movie. The manager at my LCS convinced me that the book and the movie were close enough that I would still be able to follow the sequel and I'm glad that I followed his advice. And after KA2 ends, there will be a Hit-Girl mini! Can't wait for that. :)

Yep Millar has stated a Hit-Girl mini afterwards that I believe is set in between the two volumes? Then one more thing is still planned but I forgot what Millar said it was.

The Incredible Hulk # 6: Wow. This was an incredible issue...and a big cliffhanger at the end. The cover for issue seven is a big tease, and would be very bold if Marvel had the guts to do it. I have a feeling that Doom might have a reoccurring role in this book, given his part in it so far, and now I think it is pretty clear Amanda is a relation. Jason Aaron is becoming one of my favourite writers period.

Scarlet Spider #3: This continues to live up to my expectations, it is rare when a book will do that, Kaine's supporting cast is rounding out nicely (why the hell couldn't Marvel give Ben characters this interesting when they tried to have him as Spider-Man?). This book is almost a What if Peter Parker became Batman? Feel to it lol. Kaine doesn't care about his identity being exposed because he has nothing to care about...I think I said before that this will probably change during the course of the series. The art work is great as well.

Well...we now know what is being done with Thunderbolts...they're becoming Dark Avengers.

Is everyone else completely bored with Deadpool at this point? When the series first started I absolutely loved it and thought it was hilarious. The Secret Invasion and Dark Reign arcs were golden. The X-Men / Utopia crossover was wonderful. But after that it just got stupid, and it disconnected from the larger Marvel universe. Now I barely care about it anymore, and it's not funny like it used to be. Also the art is not as good as it was in those early issues either.

I've never been a Deadpool fan...but I have enjoyed Wade in Uncanny X-Force, which is basically the only thing I've read him in an constant basis.

Never really cared Deadpool myself, but I do own his first appearance in New Mutants (vol.1) number ninety-something.

I was so glad to hear that Punisher in Space was an out of continuity tale.
I'll wait for a trade as well in that case.

Ugh. Ms Marvel's current uniform is absolutely spectacular. No need to change it!
