Glen Larson executive produced Battlestar Galactica (BSG's "TOS"), "Buck Rodgers in the 25th & a Half Century" (late 70's stylish reboot), & "Night Writer" (with David Hasselhoff & William Daniels).

Which of these shows, if any, is YOUR favorite?

What do you think of them?

BSG's tos & Night Writer were Glen Larson Originals, while Buck Rodgers was a cool, slick, catchy, somewhat campy, memorable reboot of the ole Buck Rodgers theatrical serials. Larson's BR was doing something unoriginal in an original way, or was it doing something original that ironically was unoriginal (GL's BR was a cover after all).

Anyway, what's your take on his body of work? I hear he wants to make his own separate BSG film, based on his BSG. It's tos.

Did, do all of Glen Larson's shows exist in the same canonuity?

That'd mean Athena, Wilma, & KITT would all exist in the same universe.

    Works for me:beer:

I'm confused, were the misspellings some sort of intentional satire that went over my head?

But then who will regale us with the misspelling of Dean Stockwell as Dean Spockwell?

As for Larson, his work is mostly feldercarb.

    Again with the "Night Writer."

Okay, as a kid, I liked Battlestar Galactica, the A-Team, Buck Roger in the 25th Century, and Knight Rider. BSG probably being my favorite. He created a lot of entertainment for the eight to ten year old set that I remember soemwhat fondly. He created a lot of other pilots/ shows which were forgettable. Since the late 90s, he hasn't done much other than try to get some sort of BSG side project off the ground which has always sounded like a lame premise based on throwaway characters and bad ideas. Now he wants to do a full on remake of BSG. If he can get it done, I'll watch. But I doubt he will.

The only burning Glen A Larson question that still exists in my mind is,"what exactly was his involvement in Hard Ticket to Hawaii?"

Because you seem to have such a challenge with some frequent misspellings, I'll close this and give oyu a chance to restart the poll with the correct spelling.
