There are only a couple this could be. The red shirt makes me lean toward:

Wolf in the Fold?

You're right but yet, you're wrong. It is Wolf in The Fold and it is supposed to be Scotty's hand but, since it's a right hand it couldn't be Scotty's because Doohan was missing his entire middle finger on his right hand.
