Some cheddar and broccoli rice along with a little macaroni salad and some potato chips. Chased it down with Diet Pepsi on ice.

Had another homemade meatball sub. I'm getting good at making these now. Plus a couple of beers as well.

A raw carrot, a whole tomato mixed into 1/3 cup of fat free cottage cheese, and a slice of whole wheat bread with natural peanut butter.

Normally I eat a much heavier dinner than that but I actually felt full!

Went to my parents place for dinner and we had slow cooked babyback ribs, along with baked potatoes, and broccoli.

Normally, I don't eat fast food, but yesterday was a busy day, and had few options.

Still, it tasted pretty good for fast food (I prefer Wendy's to other fast food restaurants).

Left over ribs...I made a kind of pulled beef sandwich from them. It was great. Coke, chocolate chip cookies for desert.
