On (the TNT drama) Leverage, these conmen use a lot of assumed names to go about their wicked ways... :rommie:

I saw that. I got a chuckle out of it myself. That's at least the third Doctor Who reference I can think of on that show.

I think DW has been referrenced in these episodes

"The Bank Shot Job" referrence to Downloanding the latest episode
"The Mile High Job" use of Tom Baker and Sarah Jane Aliases
"The 12 Step Job" use of Tom Baker alias again as well as Rose
The 3 Card Monty Job" use of Moffat and Davis aliases
"The Radio Job" use of music, referrence to 1963 and 'Bow ties are cool'

I keep wanting to like it because it has Lindsey from Angel but I can't quite get over the cable cheapness of it.

One of the women went by the name Zoe Herriot in an episode.

There's almost seventy episodes packed and stacked full of who.

We also got Sophie saying, "Spoilers..."

And of course Mark Sheppard in this episode, who has been on Who.

The Double Episode Mid-Season Finales were pretty great.

Elliot, Parker, & Hardison as a 3-Man Team kinda rocked.

This in itself is a practice used by Doctor who to simultaneously film two episodes.

I liked the Sophie and Nate stand alone a little better.

They were so Rose and the Doctor.

Did they have a Doctor lite episode last season?

Even though it doesn't feel like it, I'll bet Matt Smith had a very reduced shooting schedule on "The Girl Who Waited." While the episode features a lot of Rory plus double our Amy pleasure, the Doctor spends most of the episode cooped up in the TARDIS because the planet is infected with a disease that kills species with 2 hearts. However, it doesn't feel like a Doctor-lite episode because the Doctor is a constant presence in the story watching all of the events unfold through a camera placed in a special pair of glasses that Rory wears.

Although, truth be told, as far as Doctor-lite episodes go, it's not nearly as lite as "Blink" or "Turn Left." Nor is it as lite on the Doctor as many other episodes have been Amy-lite; like "The Lodger," "A Christmas Carol," "Closing Time," and "The Doctor, the Widow, & the Wardrobe."

Yeah, they creatively found a way for the Doctor to be involved while filming two episodes at the same time. Since the Doctor scenes were mostly in the TARDIS, they could have been filmed at any time during pre or post-production (even when filming Closing Time).

I think it's great that Sophie watches Doctor Who, who is the character who dropped the Tennant and Smith line...

    However...

Gina Bellman probably has an open invitation to do Who, and Moffet's home phone number.

And Mona Lisa thought that her smile was devious.

Yeah, Gina Bellman was absolutely brilliant in Moff's version of 'Jekyll'.
