Okay I want to create another Poll, but this time I want to make sure I have all the choices first. This poll will be related to your favorite Sci Fi space ship. Here is the list I have so far, please add any other ships you'd like on the list and what TV show or movie they came from:

Starship Enterprise (Star Trek/Star Trek TNG)
    Starship Voyager (Star Trek: Voyager)
Starship Defiant (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine)
    A Battlestar (Battlestar Galactica)
    The Draconian (Buck Rogers)
Earth Alliance Battle Ship Agamemnon (Babylon 5)
    A Death Star (Star Wars)
USS Saratoga (Space: Above & Beyond)
    The Mother Ship ("V")
    Borg Ship (Star Trek TNG)
V-GER (Star Trek: The Motion Picture)
    The Tardis (Doctor Who)
    The Andromeda (Andromeda)

I'll wait a few days before I post the poll.

I guess I should have specified no animated/cartoon ships and no video game ships.

And we have the only ship liable to go head to head with Enterprise.

But I'm voting for OS Battlestar Galactica.

Are you thinking more along the lines of the larger capital ships, or will smaller craft do?

    Such as:
    Starfury-any model (Babylon 5)
    White Star (Babylon 5)

I'm guessing he meant ships at least bigger than one man fighters.

as much as i love Trek i always thought the ship designs of Babylon 5 were more interesting. love the White Star and the Minbari warcruisers.

The ship from Buck Rogers is Draconia, no n on the end. Don't forget Discovery and Leonov from 2001 and 2010.

Haven't we only had one animated/cartoon ship mentioned so far the Planet Express Ship. After all do we class the Gerry Anderson shows as animated/cartoon. Well they certainly are not animated and whilst they are aimed at children they're not really cartoons.

But I take it what the OP means is live action TV/Film only.

For the Enterprise don't you need multiple TOS/TOS Film/TNG/TNG Film. Same for V as we have the original V and the modern version of V, same for the Battlestars of BSG speaking of which don't forget the Cylon Basestars. And from SW you also have numerous Star Destroyers to choose from. It might be an idea given the depth of Sci-Fi starships to split it off into several polls i.e. one for SW, several for ST (i.e. one for hero ships, one for non-hero federation ships, one for non-federation ships). One for other Sci-Fi ships and at the end the top 2 or so from each go into a final poll

But aside from the ones mentioned above

Klingon Bird of Prey (Br'el and Kovort Class)
    Romulan Bird of Prey
    D'Deridax Class Warbird
Romulan Warbird from Nem (cant remember the class name)
    Klingon D7 Cruiser
    Klingon Vor'cha Class
    Cardassian Galor Class
    Cardassian Hediki Class
    UFP Excelsior Class
    UFP Miranda Class
    etc...
