Alright, the original poll ended in a tie between Babylon 5 and Deep Space Nine, and because of the rivalry between these two more than anything, we're gonna do a tie-breaker. So, please, pick your choice to decide once and for the time until this comes up again which is the best space station EVER!!! And, also, which av is better, but that's more of a bonus, really.

    Vote for one, obviously.

A bit more than 25 hours left to vote.

I won't be able to go online tomorrow (or a few days more, propably), so regardless of how this poll turns out, I'm leaving it to Klaus to come up with a new contest.
But, please, do go on voting.

Went with B5, since DS9 did move under its own power durin' the series.

Yep, that's what it came down to. B5 just hung there in space, while DS9 had rockets.

I do seem to recall a scene in the pilot where B5 was falling toward the planet it orbits and they had to fire some kind of thrusters to stabilize the orbit. Or was that another TV show?

Thrusters were used to stabilize the Gravity Spinning. (Unless I'm forgetting something from The Gathering?)
    Congrats DS9 and Klaus

But it did stay in orbit.

DS9 moved out from its orbit around Bajor and across the system (four hours away from Bajor by impulse shuttle goin' by later episodes) to the wormhole.

So, that's why I went with B5 in the first round & for the tie breaker.
