"Now pay attention to this special new desktop wallpaper we've designed for you, 007, because I'm not going to repeat myself...."
She's hot, but I'm just as impressed that J. in on Star Trek Online. I recently set up my account through Steam and am in the process of creating my character so I can start playing.
Thanks! This is actually the kind of wallpaper I used to put on my desktop, before ponies. Actually, I'm not sure. There was no name when I found it. I like to browse lots of places for interesting wallpapers, but this one had no name beyond a numbered filename. Sorry, CC. Oh yeah, I've been playing STO since February 2010. Hope to see you in game! Make sure to join the TBBS Fleet, and you can find me at: @Akarian
Thanks! I think I'm under "Kalto Drigg" but I'm not sure. Write that name down just in case because it's my default name for online gaming. It's also my XBox Live name.
Let's go roll some Rommies! Which reminds me, I still need to get my Ambassador. And no worries J. It's just nice to know the name of perfection.
KDE 4.10 arrived today on Arch and I fell in love with my lesson on European expansion during the XV and XVIth centuries so it gives you KDE 4.10 and a boat :
Thumbnail size for convenience. Wish I could figure out how to stop Photobucket from resizing larger images when I upload them.
^ I don't know, either. I gave up a while back, and Photobucket's only gotten more frustrating and unfriendly for users since then. I still use it - I have hundreds of images stored in my account - but there are days it's a little more trouble than it's worth.
Have no fear! John's here! To stop Photobucket from resizing your pictures automatically, do the following: Photobucket Standard (I don't know how to do this in PB Beta): Step 1: Go to your Photobucket account. Step 2: Click on the little arrow next to your username. Step 3: Select "Account Settings". Step 4: Select "Album Settings". Step 5: Select "Upload Options". Step 6: Select "Best Possibly Quality (under 1 mb)". Step 7: Select "Save". Then Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Save" again. Done!
Thanks! But how do I get back to the Standard version? I appear to be stuck in the craptastic Beta version.
No problemo! That's a good question. Remember when I said I was going back to the standard version? Yeah, the link disappeared that same day. I've been stuck with beta ever since. As of today, I switched over to ImageShack. Easy to use, lots more bandwidth, and less cutting corners. Also, all of your resize and tag options are at the uploader point, and if you make an account, you can set it not to resize automatically. Anyhoo, my latest desktop (I made the text because I couldn't find a wallpaper like it):
