I won't win since this will have to be explained, but Charlton Heston in the Planet of the Apes remake:

 

OK, here's a cylon showing up on The A-Team, in the intro.

The problem is that finding decent pics is impossible. So I made two. One has him pointing but the pictures is fairly crappy.

"The Admiral" in TNG 'Encounter at Farpoint'

 

It's the Millennium Falcon, glimpsed briefly in Star Trek: First Contact after the Borg cube gets asploded.

 

This one might be iffy. Ron Moore in his CSI cameo:

 

Eh... I wouldn't consider that a cameo. Doohan was the guest star and appeared in the whole episode in that case. Now, the TOS bridge on the other hand...

 

That's fine. Another option would be his "Daybreak" cameo.
