    So it turns out they DID show his followers during the flight up--just not in every shot from every angle.

    Maybe someone should watch the scene carefully before proclaiming it a fact and starting a thread.

    My thoughts exactly—"there is no spoon." The missing disciples are not physically there. Only their "katras" came along on the journey.

    2 Pages of discussion to get one post showing 2 maybe 3 of Sybok's followers doesn't account for 8 or 9 of his followers walking out of the shuttle.

    Besides, the rest of the discussion is pretty interesting and/or funny.

    Starfleet shuttlecraft (and shuttlebays) are quite clearly based on Time Lord Tech.
