Discussing Kaboom, Sarah Connor Chronicles and his departure from Heroes, among other things...

For those of you who are interested.

And as an aside - what a great guy he is! Absolute pleasure to chat to.

I see he's got a new role as (as a young warlock?) in Secret Circle. Looks worth checking out...

It's gone now but I remember the video of Dekker in a hotel room smoking and not wearing a shirt. He looked strung out and was talking about trying to save "The Sarah Connor Chronicles"

    Here was the thread

I'm not a big fan of CW shows (not in the demo ;)) but I can see how playing a vampire or witch on one of those shows would be just about as much fun as any actor could hope for. And no pressure to be the next DeNiro, either.

What's fun is watching an actor who is just flat out having fun. It's infectuous. Like Ian Somerhalder on TVD. That's what The Secret Circle should go for, but have more than one character like that.

So true! Have you seen the Coen brother's film Burn After Reading? It was so obvious the entire cast, Tilda Swinton, George Clooney, John Malkovich, Frances McDormand, Brad Pitt, the lot of them, were having an absolute ball making it, and it makes it a lot of fun to watch.
