Is anybody watching this show - it's a fascinating tale about rehabilitating zombies - or those with 'partially deceased syndrome'. They're heaping allegory on top of allegory but it's certainly different.
I was uneven about the first episode and am sitting on the second waiting for a slow moment where I feel kind.
The third episode was absolutely fantastic, I really hope we get a second series but given it's buried away on BBC3...
Apparently plans are there for series 2 and it may well be limited to just the two series or continuing with the 3 part format. I'm watching episode 3 right now. I was just looking on IMDB and someone has gone on a rant about how utterly ridiculous it is that they're bringing Zombies back to life in it and not realising just how stupid his comments are. Kinda funny really. Looks like the ratings managed to stay fairly consistent over the run, around half a million per episode, hopefully that's good enough to bring it back.
I just got round to watching all three in a row. Really enjoyed it. There's plenty there to go with if they want to make/are allowed to make any more. It was nice to see a different take on zombieeeeeees for a change. And on BBC3 of all places.
Good news, it's been picked up for a second series, no confirmation on how many episodes but Digital Spy says they expect 5 or 6 hour long episodes.
Hmmmm? It was as if something terribly exciting was happening to the most boring people in the world. Imagine Emmadale Farm if every one was a racist with an IQ in the high 60s.
