NCC-74894-A is the Sovereign-class USS North Star, named after the Intrepid-class NCC-74894 USS North Star, named in turn after a freighter mentioned in "Fortunate Son" [ENT].
I would name it USS Спутник (Sputnik) why do they have to be named in english anyway? I think it would be a cool tribute to name it after the first Earth-orbiting artificial satellite, this would be an early pre TOS era starship, Daedalus class.
Speaking of tributes: Barrett-class starships USS Number One, USS Nurse Chapel, USS Lwaxana Troi and USS Computer's voice.
USS Predator - same class as the Defiant, what ever that is. Black with red lights. Maybe I will photoshop that if I can find a good picture to start with. If I can have a Klingon battle cruiser it would be called the S F Rabid (Star Fury)
For a story I'll hopefully actually be able to do something with eventually instead of just letting the ideas collect dust in my head: USS Valkyrie, Sovereign-class, NCC-77285
U.S.S. UNITED STATES NCC-1776-C Sovereign class. (ironicaly captioned by a Richard Baines Washington)
U.S.S. Passat, a Zuikaku class heavy cruiser (ca. 2220). Named after one of germany's flying P-liners. http://i255.photobucket.com/albums/hh148/Norgrimm/Passat.png
Yeah it's so buggy everybody fears it's gonna blow in their faces. Even its captain abandoned it to go back to the USS XP.
