Blue Warp Nacelles?

He's posted twice, the OP and then again on page 6 or so, suggesting adding back to the future flames to the sombreroprise.

 

Star Trek has hit the cinemas a while ago now, but Blue Warp Nacelles continues on like a steam train. I love seeing the thread here still, it's like a warm blanky. It's been a wild ride that helped you appreciate how much we could enjoy STXI, and enjoy each other's company and work. Community building at it's best. *sniff*

Damn thread better be around for number 12! *waves fist* I'll leaern how to photoshop one day and shove sombreros on the Simpsons version of Star Trek 12.

 

I haven't read the last post, but I'm sure it was very sentimental, and I'm sure I agree. We rock.

So what shall we add sombreros to next? Has anyone done a good pic of the nuTrek cast in Sombreros? Or a good animated "movie" version of the NuSombreroprise like the TOS Sombreroprise?

 

there was an drawn animated style still done of the alt enterprise done but not an
animated moving one.
there are only a few of the new cast around.

Perhaps we should start a petition to have this thread moved to the Trek 12 forum once it's opened.

 

i would rather just keep this forum going and just change the title to reflect it is for the discussion of the new movies.

i was thinking it might be interesting to use a sombrero as chute for the landing on the
platform scene.
that group of stills from yahoo even has a still featuring the chute.
