You'll have to get a secret code. This code may only be found by climbing the top of Mt. Everest during the coldest day of the year. At that time, you'll be able to find an entrance to the mountain... wait, I've said too much already.

Helloooooo everyone! I've come late to the party having only discovered voyager and DS9 reruns on tv recently (-I know, where have I been????). Prior to that I was into Stargate SG1 and Firely so I'm a bit new to the whole Trek world (and at my age I really have no excuse). Apologies in advance for any bumblings and general ignorance. Hope I can make up for it in enthusiasm!

Voyager is my favourite so far. I've started collecting voyager and DS9 DVDs and look forward to discussing both series with everyone....

    Hi,
my real name is Julia and I come from Flensburg in Germany. I'm 23 years old and I'm watching Star Trek since the age of 5 or 6. It was always together with my father. I didn't understand a thing what they were talking about but I simply liked it. Travelling in space and meeting strange aliens and so on. I watched TOS and TNG and I started with DS9 but I didn't follow it until the end. In 1998 Voyager aired and I was like wow this is my series :) sounds stupid I know. Kathryn Janeway was always my favorite character. I don't know what it was but I liked her. I also liked Tom and the Doctor.
So yeah now I'm here and hope I can join the discussions. (I hope I can improve my English soon *g* it's been awhile)
    Bye, July

Kimc when are you going to do something about Adm Hawthorne?! Her blood lust has lead to a missing Space Turtle and brokenleg, and I checked out her liar and I saw suspicious blood stains outside her door?! I demand security checks..!

Sorry, I didn't notice this thread at first.

My name is Kyle in real life...I'm 21 years old and live in Canada.

Voyager is what got me into Star Trek. Then I went to Next Gen, DS9 then Enterprise. I know I started off later but that just means I get to enjoy all the stuff thats out now. I tired to watch the older "Star Trek: The Original" but it was way to old school for me. It was hard not to laugh at some things. I'm not saying it was bad, but just the limit to the graphics back then made it hard for me to watch. I wish I was older and watched it when it first came out because then I could of enjoyed it in its prime - oh well.
