First off, thanks for the votes in the last contest, folks. I didn't think the Eighth Doctor's minisode could do better than stuff from the actual anniversary special. Go figure...

Anyway, the new contest is inspired by my recent viewin' of an episode of Futurama where Tom Baker-lookin' scarfwearer steps out of the belly of a giant space whale with Fry, Bender & others.

That's right, we're lookin' for Doctor Who cameos in non-Doctor Who media - movies, tv, comics.

All entries must follow board rules - up to 150x150 and 140KB if animated.

Entries will be accepted from now 'til next Thursday...give y'all a week to find stuff, since this may be a bit more difficult than normal.

With that, here's my entry, from the post-finale comic series for Buffy the Vampire Slayer -

    Good luck, folks!

How about the Tardis appearing on Craig Ferguson's Late Late Show?

I am tempted to work the Martha Jones Duty officer profile from the Temporal Lockbox in Star trek Online into an avatar, but that is probably a bit too obscure even for this theme.

    Found this instead.

Big Bang Theory used the TARDIS as a snog box in one christmas episode. :guffaw:

    I don't see anything...

Either one works for me. I also would have accepted the Dalek he used as a prop the week leadin' up to Matt Smith's appearance. Like this -

What Looney Tune is that from?

Worf2DS9, your entry post still has a small black square with a X in it.

I had actually considered that movie myself.

It's from the 2003 movie Looney Tunes: Back in Action. In the scene the characters are at Area 52 (Yes, 52), where they keep various aliens. In addition to the Daleks (which are the Cushing version, BTW), there are also other classic movie aliens (and Marvin the Martian, of course).

Cool, thanks. After Space Jam, I decided to stick with regular cartoons, so I haven't seen Back in Action.

You should. Joe Dante is obviously a huge fan, and the movie stays absolutely true to the Looney Tunes.

Nope, now it's i1.ytimg.com hanging up instead of imageshack and then imageshack hanging up.
