Not dissing TOS, but I'd have to say the 24th, because it got a lot more development onscreen.

The 24th looks a lot more comfortable, but the 23rd looks a lot more exciting. I'll vote for the 24th, though.

The OP doesn't allow people to say the 22nd century, I see.

In any case, I'll take 23rd.

Nothing memorable about the 22nd century. ;)

Definitely the 24th. But I really like the 22nd century, too.

23rd, because (in the movies) it looks like the 1980s which was the coolest decade ever.

In the series it looks like the Cold War era which is cool too.

Since I am a big fan of both TOS and TNG I say I like the 23rd and 24th centuries equally.

Got to be the 23rd. It felt like Kirk's ship was all alone, out in the darkness, usually far from help.

He didn't have a brand new starship, and it was crew'ed by regular joes.

Hmmm, Kirk, Picard, Sisko and Janeway never fell down in their own showers ... that was kind of memorable.

    :)

Having grown up in the 1960s, I suppose I relate better to the characters in Trek TOS than any of the subsequent Trek incarnations. Star Trek's 23rd century is the future I'd like to live in. I should be out there with Captain Kirk.

(Of course, a lot of folks who know me think I already am out there with Captain Kirk.) :)

Yeah, the gravitation was off for a few seconds and when it came back on there wasn't long enough warning to get his feet near the floor.

For living there, 24th. For watching... both.

Listen closely and you can hear Captain Archer quietly sobbing in his ready room.
