    Hardly changed at all.

Certainly not the return of "real" Cybermen (whatever the hell that means) then.

HEH, The First pic with two of them with their heads down, looks like Cheerleaders getting ready to start a routine "READY...OK"

    They look great, thanks

Yeah, I like them. They are a bit more "Cybusy" than I had expected from the description, but when I thought about it, I don't think a total departure from that generation will happen until the next redesign. These seem more transitional in that regard, and I am fine with that, knowing that they aren't going to be marching loudly and carrying on, and will return to the stealthy Cybermen of old.

    Oh come on!

    Cybermen, shmybermen.

Why waste Neil on these over used entrenched buggers?

I was thinking a comparison shot might be useful.

Kind of reminds me of the pictures I've seen of the new Robocop. Which is kind of funny, since everyone compared the Cybusmen to Robocop when they were first introduced.

Sounds and looks very promising. As zarkon said, hopefully the voices will change, too. I love the sing-song voices from The Tenth Planet and Big Finish's Spare Parts (among others).

Personally, I thought The Invasion had the best Cyberman voice.

I like the slimmer limbs, but other than that I'm agnostic on the changes. Seems more like a lateral move, exchanging one cool design for another, rather than any improvement. But then I was always fine with the Cybus designs, so I'm not excited by new costumes.

So here's a thought: should they bring back Earthshock style attitude for the Cybermen?

What does that even mean? Being emotional even though they're not supposed to have emotions? Standing around in starship corridors having a chat?

Actually, I just want to hear the Cyberleader declare "Excellent!" every two minutes.

Certainly in a practical sense- the one on the right has his thigh-pieces on backwards...

Even Cybermen sometimes have trouble with shy bladder.

I like the new look, don't get me wrong. But they just seem, I dunno, naked somehow. Maybe they just need a more complex chest units, or big-ass guns or something.

And the fist clench. Don't forget that. ;)
