I was wondering if we'd get any kind of spin-off from Night of Owls...guess so...still not interested even from Snyder.

Sounds like something in the vein of American Vampire.

Maybe that's why I'm not interested in it. I love "American Vampire"...this book reminds me a little too much of it's basic premise, except without the vampire.

The Phantom Stranger does deserve his own series. However, Didio writing it? No thanks!

Have we heard what other three titles have been given the axe?

The Newsarama article said that we only know about Justice League International.

Okay, so on Earth 2 Jay Garrick's Flash basically has Hal Jordan's GL origin?

I like this comic so far.

Got caught up on Justice League, too. Particularly enjoyed Allen flubbing the "bad cop" routine, though you could see that one coming.

I'm sick of seeing news stories headlining "GREEN LANTERN IS GAY!". Alan Scott is the fifth tier Green Lantern after Hal, John, Kyle, and Guy. These people do not know comics at all... nerd rant over. :p

Young Man, Alan Scott wrote the textbook on Will Power for Green Lanterns.

He is a good writer with stuff like Omac.

I think he is just bad working with the writers with exception to the older generation.

I think they said on either Newsarama or CBR that they will be running more than 52 series when these start.

No. According to the article they plan on sticking with the fifty two monthly titles.

He was the first Green Lantern and he was always from an alternate universe.

Yeah, I know. Just pointing out that he wasn't ALWAYS from an alternative universe. Thus the winky.

Didn't he spend the last 25 or so years being part of the "main" universe?;)

Captain Atom, Voodoo, Blue Beetle and Grifter are the titles most in danger of cancellation.
