I found Greg the Bunny disappointing. Good concept. Weak execution.

No. He was making a commentary on another dark chapter in human history. One that was just as bad(let alone equated with)the Holocaust.

The origin of the saying and it's many variations is attributed to General Philip Sheridan, overseer the United States Indian Territory, who in 1869 said "The only good Indian is a dead Indian."

As always, the foolish mentalities of man never cease to amaze me.

Expo67 should look the other way, or at least not click the Spoiler, lest I be accused of tormenting.

You're fooling no one DS9Sega. We all know Act IV doesn't exist and you're just faking it in Photoshop with old Mego figures and a bridge playset. ;)

Those are awful good looking Mego figures. I wonder what they would fetch in today's market. Those must be Rare. Try to find duplicates these days...

Actually Art Asylum have been doing a great job re-releasing the old Megos, and even producing some new ones (such as Chekov and Pike). Well worth hunting down.

Good to see you, Lord G.

In this case it's DS9Sega who giveth and who taketh away. He's the man with the plan. ;)

Wow Man! Those Mego figures sure look great. Was'nt the "Comander Baley" figure a limited edition. If I remember correctly there was a coupon stuck to the under side of a chair in the 47 row of the Rick Astley concert from Feb 30th 2005?

I don't think they are Mego Figures, or holographic projections, or anything.

If anything, they look like what Dr. McCoy described the condition of Kirk and Sulu(when being held in stasis by Squire Trelane)in The Squire Of Gothos.

They look like wax work figures.

Reminds me of a scene in Master and Commander:

Aubrey: Put us in that fog, Tim.

On a side note, I understand why the teaser pics are now in the spoiler box, but if it bugs you to get teased, then stay outta the thread. Just hang back until an official announcement is made.

You have a choice people — use it!

(Now stepping off my Roddenberry soapbox ... now with more self-rightiousness.)

Very Pretty Maurice. I presume that Dennis exclusively is the one to credit for that shot?

    Very Nice!

EDIT: Folks...we must be nearing the imminent release of Act IV. Or otherwise Maurice would not be comfortable with releasing these teaser pics so distant time from the public release of Act IV.

Most of the elements in that shot were things I did, yeah. I think the lightning arc is from somewhere else, and the elements were probably composited by Jimm or Maurice to suit a specific need. So the short answer is that there's very little in Exeter that can be credited exclusively to a single person.

The ship is Dennis's work. Tholian "weirdspace" is [EDIT] Dennis and Jimm Johnson's work.[/EDIT]

    <JO HARRIS>Respectfully, sir, you're speculating.</JO HARRIS>

To be blunt: no, it's not imminent. But the pieces are coming together for a new (and hopefully final) edit. What I'm doing is showing people who worry that it's not going to happen that is is, in fact, happening.

Weirdspace is partly Jimm's work and partly mine. I supplied the initial magenta-and-blue fractal pattern, generated in Lightwave. He massaged it in various ways.
