Im glad i got both nanopulse weapons for each alt.

 

I got rid of mine and just got a sweet ass sword.

 

That might be for the best.

Wouldn't want to give J.J. any "bright" ideas.

 

I don't know, seeing how many other things from various other sources were referenced in Trek I found it quite endearing.

You don't know the power of the dark side...

 

The "lightsaber" weapons were a tribute to SWTOR's launch. Jeremy, previously from STOked, talked about it in one of the last episodes.

They do decent damage and get a lot of ohs and ahs from the newer folks. If you jam the attack buttons fast, you get some pretty good flourishes. This character did the sub-mission of planting listening devices around the base. Every time he did, a Fed npc would attack him, so he would ran around fighting the npc using the glowing Bat'leth.

I don't know what I was doing wrong. I even asked the Klingon to cover for me and he said he would, but he didn't...

Every time I sit down to play STO it tells me to download a patch, so I wander off to do something else while it downloads.

That's literally what happens every time I play STO- I can't get a game in.

I've got into the habit of starting the patching as soon as I get home. Just minimize it and come back later.

I finally got a game in last night- I must say it has vastly improved since the last time I was on (six months ago, at least), I was very impressed!
