Logan was married to the wonderful character actress Anne Ramsey, who played Danny DeVito's harridan mother in Throw Momma From the Train. She's also in The Goonies.

A few names I quickly recognized on a skim, probably a few guests and bit players/extras I'm missing:

Joan Swift (Kirk's sister-in-law, "Operation: Annihilate!")
    Keith Andes (Akuta, "The Apple")
Jack Perkins (Master of Games, "Bread and Circuses")
Ben Gage (Teer Akaar, "Friday's Child")
William Schallert ("Trouble with Tribbles", DS9)
Rhodes Reason (Flavius, "Bread and Circuses")
    Alan Oppenheimer (DS9, VOY)
Vince Howard (the bait for Uhura in "The Man Trap")
    Morgan Jones ("Assignment: Earth")
Janos Prohaska (The Horta, other appearances)

The Andy Griffith Show was at Desilu and plenty of TOS guests show up there.

Sheriff Taylor is Susan Oliver's "Keeper":

    William Schallert, he was everywhere:

Ken Lynch from "Devil in the Dark" in his usual role, a cop:

    Balok in a sharing mood:

Jahn of the Onlies is Barney's cousin Virgil:

Keith "ears for Vaal" Andes gets to know Miss Crump:

Scotty's girlfriend goes on a date with Goober...

    ...and Miss Lincoln avoids one.

    I can't think of any two-for-ones, though.

A two-for-one from the big screen:

Plasus vs. Miri in True Grit (the same year as "The Cloudminders"):

I don't know how common knowledge it is here, but D' Agosta was married to - yes - Barbara Baldavin a.k.a. Angela Martine/Teller! And yes, while he was working on Trek. She eventually became a casting director herself...

He was also good friends with Sean 'Lt. O'Neill' Morgan at the time...

Man From UNCLE again - season 4, "The Man From THRUSH Affair." The always radiant Barbara Luna, the Captain's Woman.

    Nice pant-suit.

Honestly, I sometimes waffle back and forth between Sherry Jackson and Barbara Luna as my vote for most beautiful TOS woman.

I don't have pictures, but I just recently watched the first-season Man from UNCLE episode "The Terbuf Affair," featuring Madlyn Rhue, Michael Forest, and Rex Holman. And the one right before that, "The King of Knaves Affair," had not only Arlene Martel, but Tania Lemani doing a very similar belly-dance routine to the one she did in "Wolf in the Fold."

I may have to go back and do some screen grabs from eps I watched before I decided to start doing screen grabs!

Mannix is a gold mine! Here's a Season 3 (1969) episode with miramanee and that poor guy whose wife was killed by Redjack.

^Oh yeah, Charles Dierkopf. The non-Trek role of his that I find most notable is as a minor member of Butch's gang in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid -- which is notable because of the irony that Dierkopf looked far more like the real Butch Cassidy than Paul Newman ever did.

Watched a 4th season Man From UNCLE yesterday (The Maze Affair) with Dr. Daytsrom and Stonn! The kicker was that William Marshall was playing a brilliant scientist with a game-changing invention. Air date was Dec 1967, so it predates the Ultimate Computer by 4 months. Makes one wonder if it had anything to do with his casting in Trek!

^William Marshall was also in the pilot episode of The Man from U.N.C.L.E. as an African president.

And any similarity between his TMFU and Trek roles was probably coincidence. Marshall was a popular guest actor used in a lot of shows in that time period, and with that many guest roles to choose from, it would've been inevitable that coincidental similarities would crop up here and there.

...and the very next episode of UNCLE featured Alfred Ryder as the bad guy. These folks were working pretty steady around then!

UNCLE season 4 two-part finale had Logan Ramsey in a very small bit part, but the main Trek guest star was when Solo was lost in the desert around ... Vasquez Rocks!

I showed this pick to Hubby. He couldn't read the words at that distance. I asked him who this was. He said, "In the Star Trek episode where she was a robot, or in Wild, Wild West?" he's very good at id-ing pretty girls. Not sure whether to be :vulcan: or  AND he knew it was Sherry Jackson.

I showed him the photo in a post above, from "Who Mourns for Adonis?" He immediately said, "Leslie Parrish? She was in that and a Wild Wild West episode as a moon maiden."

Arlene Martel is famous for her TZ line, "Room for one more."

Hubby was watching "Have Gun Will Travel" when I looked at a guest actor and said, "Apollo!" Michael Forrest. I usually suck at that stuff.

Dr. Swain was the Martian--or was it Venusian?--from the TZ episode, will the Real Martian Please Stand Up. Guess he was always covering up that extra eye. And the fact that I know that title off the top of my head...shows what a geek I am.

I saw Michael Forrest in a TZ as a biker. It's hard not to see someone as who you saw them first, though.
