Considering how horrible Marvel's DS9 and Voyager comics were, I don't think we really missed anything by not getting it.

They weren't that bad. They had some pretty bad ones here and there in their first halves, but the DS9 issues by Mangels & Martin and the Howard Weinstein issues of both were generally pretty good, and a number of the Laurie Sutton VGR issues were reasonably good.

Mangels & Martin managed to make the DS9 book suck less than it did before. "The Wedding of Doom" was kind of fun, but the series overall was a "disaster of blandness." As for Voyager and Sutton, IMO, there was nothing remotely good about it.

Taken on their own merits, Marvel's DS9 and VGR series were mediocre at best. Compared to the other Trek series Marvel was putting out, they were downright disappointing. And compared to Malibu's DS9 book, Marvel's was an utter disgrace.
