Dippin pretty deep if they bring in Egghead. Has he appeared in the comics in the last 30 years?

Drag out those old Who's Who books and pick your favorites. I wouldnt mind Black Orchid, Manhunter or Mr. Terrific showing up.

Honestly, I'm not sure Egghead has appeared in anything since Vincent Price played him on the 1960s TV series.

Did Egghead even exist in the comics? I always thought that he was created for the tv series and never actually made a comic book appearance.

    Ditto.

I thought at least something more substantial would be made of this character's involvement with the DA's office on the show, maybe have her recruited into Argus.

We have an episode coming up called "Oracle" which flashes back to Felicity's MIT days. I wonder if she had Barbara Gordon as a roommate.

They might use him as a trainer for Ollie or Laurel. In the comics Ted did train the second Black Canary (plus Bruce Wayne and a few others).

I think he also gave Tim Drake some training.

Why not go for the best? Besides, characters like Zsasz could probably work on Arrow. Would like to see Hugo Strange on Arrow, but I think I read that he will be showing up on Gotham.

The Pink Flamingo disagrees with you

Coincidentally, the Pink Flamingo is a Batman villain, so another candidate for a Bat villain inclusion on Arrow.

Saying that gay people cannot be homicidal sociopathic supervillians is homophobic.

But expecting Gay lobbyists to permit fictional homicidal sociopathic supervillians to also be gay without suing someone into the poor house or making them the target of a smear campaign is fanciful.

The problem you can see is Lobbyists, not homosexuals. :)

There's Piper during the Wally West era of The Flash. Though he was mostly reformed.

Well, I'm not a supporter of putting Pink Flamingo in anything, I was just bringing up that, when it comes to the comics, there are still some questionable villain choices that make a Rainbow Archer as a villain possible. PF was a pretty lame villain created by Grant Morrison, who (while a good writer) seemed to create a good number of horrible Batman villains, like PF, Mr. toad and Professor Pyg. Hopefully none of those three will appear in Arrow, or any Batman show.

The actor is 34 years old. They probably made him young because he and Laurel will probably be romantically involved.
