Now that it's after midnight and officially the 26th, here's some of what I had for Christmas dinner:

    -Honey baked ham
    -Turkey breast
    -Green bean casserole
    -Potato salad
    -Spicy meatballs
    -Jalapeno and cheddar muffins
    -Little smoked wieners
    -Fried oysters
    -Pumpkin cheesecake
    -Coca Cola
    -non alcoholic eggnog
    -Kahlua

There were a few other items as well. Needless to say, I'm stuffed. I probably ate too much, but I don't regret any of it. I had a blast.

Christmas Dinner! We had probably the biggest Turkey we've ever had...it was nearly twenty pounds. We usually get a smaller one. It was delicious. Had Roast Potatoes, Beets, Brussel Sprouts, Roast Parsnip, Yams, and Sweet Potatoes.

Now that it's after midnight and it's the new day...

Chimichongas and kettle chips. I was living the bachelor's dream.

Since I still had some wine from the first go-around, I made my second Chicken Marsala. I love how the menu's "prep time" says 10 minutes. My prep time was the better part of an hour.. and well worth it

Mom made mac & cheese, and I made a salad, and then we had leftover Yorkshire pudding, and even later, ice cream. It was great, but I can feel my arteries hardening as I type this.

It's close enough to midnight to call my last dinner "last night" so here's what I had:

Two chimichongas, some potato salad, corn chips and a leftover tostada from last week.
