I'm giving The Old Republic a try. It's ok, but I'd prefer an offline Old Republic game. (Yes, I won both the KOTOR ones, but an up to date one would be nice)
Picked up Catherine yesterday and am going to start that soon. I've been playing COD World at War. Today I've been addicted to this though... [yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AkT-kfgwbZQ[/yt]
Lego Batman 2 right now. I had gotten kinda tired of the Lego games, but my roommate picked this one up last week. I've only played it for an hour or so, but it's a lot of fun!
Well I picked up a Sega Game Gear last weekend. Not really playing it because the AC Adaptor comes loose, I have no batteries, and the games suck anyway. Best use of $60 ever. Although I did almost buy a Virtual Boy for $120, so it could have been worse. In other news, I did find a copy of Tomb Raider: Anniversary for the PC at a Value Village for two bucks. I've never played a Tomb Raider game before, but a critically acclaimed remake of the original game seems like a good place to start.
Why... why would you spend even 1 dollar on a Game Gear? Or on a Virtual Boy, for that matter. As for me: Persona 4 Arena. I'll give you all a moment to Google that. No, seriously. I've never personally seen ANY mention of fighting games on this forum (I haven't posted much obviously, but I've lurked a fair bit). Am I the only one here who plays em?
Both systems may have been complete bombs, but there are a handful of great games that are worth playing. The $60 for the Game Gear included about 10 games, so it was a good deal. Not a big fan of them, but I do enjoy fighting games. Guilty Gear is awesome.
I liked fighting games back in the day when people actually played against their friends...in the same room...with a second controller. Single-player fighting games are lame, and I don't like playing games online. I'm pretty sure the last fighting game I played was Mortal Kombat 2 on Sega Genesis.
Playing through Dawnguard. This is my first return to Skyrim since finishing the main quests a couple of months ago. Just got Tropico 4 from a Steam sale (under $20 for it and all the DLC) and will probably give that a go before the weekend is out.
I've nearly finished the single player campaign of Orcs Must Die 2, along with a couple of classic mode levels. Getting ready for a bunch of TF2 MvM mode and New Super Mario Bros 2 this weekend.
Played through Super Mario, no warp zones, one continue, Super Mario 2, all levels with Toad and no warps... I realized as a kid that I abused the shit out of warp zones, so I had to make good. Now I'm working on Super Mario RPG which I had never played before. So far pretty fun, but not exactly a challenging RPG. On PC I'm working through some games I got during the Steam Summer Sale... Arkham City is totally awesome and getting most of my play time. Played through the first ep of The Walking Dead, fun, I'm holding off on the second ep for now though. Also started Alan Wake's American Nightmare. Threw in Final Fantasy III on the DS as part of my quest to play through all the main Final Fantasy games. And of course, there is always the odd round of MW3 thrown in for good measure and SC2 for my competitive online fix. My partner and I finally made Diamond League playing 100% cheese strategies. It was a long uphill climb. I don't think Master League is in the cards.
Picked up Birds of Steel for my Xbox. I love it. It's the best flight sim I've ever played on a console. I'm considering getting a flight stick when I have some more spare cash. [yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lSYmGau1b8E[/yt] EDIT- Tonight I pulled this classic out.
Sadly still putzing around in WoW waiting for GW2 to come out. Also have Elder scrolls but not been playing that much lately.
