I'll swear in Italian, but that's about as strange as I get (I'm trying to expand that to French, German, and Spanish, but I haven't yet - except for the German, which is too obvious to use in public anyway).

i also picked up my old assistant mangaer's habit of describing rubbish stuff as 'chaff' instead of crap. thankfully i seem to have put it down again.

i have said 'Slag' a few times...

need to start coming out with 'By the Primal Program!' or 'By the Golden Spires of Iacon!' more...

That has got to be the worst TV edit I have ever heard. Ever.

Apparently that plane doesn't fly on weekends?

    I like "frak."

I also sometimes use "fark" and "flakk." It should not surprise you that these are Cardassian swear words (at least in DS9 #6, Betrayal). ;) I have also been known to (NOT in anyone else's hearing) use a few swear words I invented in my own version of the Cardassian language...though one has the "fortunate" side effect of sounding something like "hack it," which often fits my mood when a machine at work has been acting up. ;)

But one I've heard only twice in my life--from my great-grandmother, and also from one of my co-workers, is "Oh, foot." Is that just a Southernism or something?

One that has reached mainstream UK audiences since the mid-90s has been "feck". Interestingly, it has traditionally been a verb of Irish origin, meaning to steal or throw, and also has origins in Scots English meaning something of value (hence the term "feckless").

Of course, a certain 90s sitcom about Irish priests has popularised it more as an interjection and euphemism for a certain other F-word ("The BAAD F-word... worse than 'feck'").

I've found myself using that one a lot aafter ODing on nu BSG as I'd missed the first run. The same thing happened when I watched season three of Dexter, I found myself becoming the most hispanic white man in Glasgow.

Frak is also a good way of reducing the amount of fucks - and occasionally theres a motherfudger thrown in as I try not to swear at work.

On the TV edits, I quite like the whole Funking deal in Sean od the Dead. And Prink.
