Things are crawling at the new studio, we are still, yes still, waiting on the city to inspect the building so we can get the electricity turned on. We believe that should happen early next week. So far we have done more work on the building its self than the sets but that should soon change. I'm sure everyone is getting bored seeing pictures of pieces of the incomplete bridge so we will most likely only post photos of significant progress. If there is anything in particular you would like to see or want info on feel free to ask. Some people have asked about how we built specific pieces and we don't mind sharing. Casting for the show is finally one the way, I'll let JC fill in the specifics for this part of the production but we will announce the new crew members as soon as possible. Check our Facebook page for more on casting.
UPDATE: Base ring is now half reassembled........ More today. Still waiting on the city inspector to get power back into our end of the bldg.
Just FYI: Since everything had to be taken apart and shipped to our present location, the re-build is allowing us to make some vast improvements to the sets. The CREW is making things more solid and more practical to use for some time to come. We have some very experienced creators doing this and my hat is off to them for all that they do. Also: Some times, or a lot of times, sets can get damaged or just flat out destroyed during a moving process. I am happy to report that I noticed no damage to any of the sets we relocated. These guys are good!
