Hey guys, I just wanted to know if anyone could recommend a game for me. I really like the Sentinels from X-Men. Could someone please recommend me a game for Mac or PC?

    Thank you!

Mechwarrior was fun (if you're in to customizations). If you're up with grabbing a Playstation or X-Box emulator, there are a bunch of Mech series.

The Transformers War for Cybertron series isn't too bad and has some flying Transformer levels.

Yah I used to play Mechwarrior, but I just found it to be too slow paced. The mechs are just too slow moving.

    Cool, thanks!

Armored Core is pretty fast paced.

One Must Fall 2097 is an awesome fighting game where human pilots control 80ft tall giant robots and beat the shit out of other. It's Street Fighter II with giant robots. And, best of all, it's freeware.

I remember playing an Iron Man game a while back and it was good. Is there anything similar to this out there?
I want something where I'm firing lasers out of my wrists or something.

I say get yourself a PC controller and emulate Armored Core. Using a keyboard could be difficult though when strafing and flying. Also check out Slave Zero.

Machinarium. You literally fly around solving puzzles and stuff. It's fantastic - but no shooting or anything so not to everyone's taste.

Yeah, armored core is a good fast mech series. Actually they made a Front Mission game that's on PC that plays a whole lot like armored core. Fast pace while allowing lots of customization of your robot and doesn't just feel like COD with robots. This is probably the best fast paced robot combat game you can get on the pc.

If you want to use an emulator theres a really old playstation game called R.A.D. that lets you control giant robots. It's not fast paced at all as you controll the arms and legs individually. Think Godzilla era fighting. But it's the closest thing I can think of to sentinels.

If you have any interest at all in playing fast paced mech games online against humans you can try Hawken. Free to play. http://www.playhawken.com/ Looks great, plays fast. But honestly you won't get many options without paying.

I'd suggest giving mechwarrior a try too. It is slower, but if you get the hang of it there is much more satisfaction to fighting. There's also a free to play mech warrior online too.
