I did contact Admiral_Sisko but haven't heard back yet. Seeing as you're here, LeadHead, I'll let you do what you think is the right thing to do.

 

You got the ball rolling here, so I'd say it's your choice. If you're asking what I'd do, my play would be to message them both and the episode choice goes to whomever responds first with an episode choice. Give that 8-12 hours and if they both haven't replied re run randomizer again.
