The problem with the mob doctor is that she's too nice.

She's supposed to be a fricking mob doctor not a Sunday school teacher.

Compared to a regular Doctor like Greg House... She has a moral compass that points to Unicron land.

there was an plotline in Nip Tuck where JUlians girlfriend with half a medical degree kept "borrowing" their surgery to commit organ harvesting surgeries... the first few thye just took bits, but then they got greedy and all that was left over when they finished wit their last patient was a leaky sack.

Doc Cottor from battle star galactica?

He was Beligerant and constantly smoked, even while doing surgery.

The mob Doctor wasn't corrupted or seduced, she was was paying off a debt.

Idiot thought she had scruples and a conscience.

After the mob took to her mother with a hammer, lets see how powerful her conscience still seems?

I thought The Neighbors was a terrible idea just from the description and that it would be cancelled before you could shake a stick at it, but...

I watched the first one, and then the second one... and I was laughing.

I've now seen the first 5 episodes and I'm not sure how to feel.

Every instinct I have is telling me this show should be garbage, and yet I find myself laughing more and more. It's disconcerting, yet enjoyable.

What the hell? (I'm hoping it gets a full season order if they can keep this up).

    A true guilty pleasure indeed.

So I'm half way through Beauty and the Beast... Marvelling that it had survived another week, thinking that perhaps some one had come to it's senses and donkey punched the SOB...

Private Practice has been cancelled. :(

It's not very good, but sometimes when you need there to be twice as much Greys Anatomy than there actually is, it was a tiny consolation.

I bailed on Private Practice over a year ago. I just could't stand watching a show about supposed adults who all acted like a bunch of spoiled 14 year olds.

I never really looked behind the curtain until recently.

The shows creator and executive producer is a strong, intelligent, educated, professional black woman.

    Everything made sense suddenly.

Greys Anatomy is actually about Baily, a strong, intelligent, educated, professional black woman who quietly gets her job done without complaining.

    So?

How do we explain the other %98 of air time?

Shonda hates whiny skinny white princess bitches.

    Have you seen this show?

That Hospital is trying to kill the whiny skinny white princess bitches.

Without complaining? Are you sure you've watched Grey's Anatomy?

    Susan Grey died of Hiccups.

    HICCUPS!!!

    http://greysanatomy.wikia.com/wiki/Death

Sandrah Oh's character was literally attacked by the hospital when an icicle the size of a fishing pole fell off the awning above the front door to admitting and skewered her.

But it's more so the emotional grinder these poeple have been going though than the actual body count.

As far as Private Practice is concerned, I'm not sure what's worse when Violet's psycho stalker broke into her house and c-sectioned her to steal her as yet unborn baby (AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T MOVED HOUSE!) or the half season that dealt with Xander form Buffy the Vampire Slayer raping Charlotte. Oh, spoilers, but Pete bought the farm in the first episode this season, he had a heart attack while jogging and died in a ditch. Apparently the entire process took hours. He's just lying there listening to his body giving out, while everyone is screaming that he's a dead beat who's abandoned his family because it seemed like he's skipped the country to avoid jail for doing something heroic.

No one has a happily ever after in the Greys Anatomy Universe.

No kidding. I'm losing patience with Grey's too. After dropping Lexi and Sloan they're going to have a tough time keeping me as a viewer.

I'm still heartsick about George getting hit by a bus.

I was reading (because of this, fact checking my shit) a few minutes ago that Shonda was saying that it was more about the failed contracts with who she decided to whack in the plane crash, but she did make sure that Lexi died with Mark as a final romantic gesture.

Some people think that Prince Charming would have preferred it if Snow White had stayed dead when he started kissing her.
