Re: New Casting and Story Rumors re: EPISODE VII Totally doable. The tricky part is finding a tarpaulin big enough to cover it so people don't leak snapshots of it.
Re: New Casting and Story Rumors re: EPISODE VII Just make sure the security guards know the Jedi mind trick. "This isn't the movie set you're looking for."
Re: New Casting and Story Rumors re: EPISODE VII JJ is here in Kerry today they say! Cool! http://www.radiokerry.ie/news/star-wars-film-crew-arrive-in-kerry/
Re: New Casting and Story Rumors re: EPISODE VII Wow, pretty damn impressive. Ford is already being seen walking without a crutch: http://www.starwars7news.com/2014/07/harrison-ford-spotted-without-cast-and-crutch.html
Re: New Casting and Story Rumors re: EPISODE VII Even Hollywood Homicide couldn't keep Ford down, and that turd is banned in 183 countries and on at least three other planets.
Re: New Casting and Story Rumors re: EPISODE VII He probably said to his leg: "You hear me, baby? Hold together."
Re: New Casting and Story Rumors re: EPISODE VII The odds of him being up and around this soon are approximately 3,720-1.
Re: New Casting and Story Rumors re: EPISODE VII I heard the last time he took a flight, he just yelled "Get off my plane!" at his leg until it started working correctly again.
Re: New Casting and Story Rumors re: EPISODE VII The Falcon's door wants blood. It's had it's first taste. Once principal photography wraps J.J. needs to make sure that thing is covered in molten lead and stored away in the same warehouse with the Lost Ark.
Re: New Casting and Story Rumors re: EPISODE VII Ford's progress in recovery could also be proof that the Internet rumors of working bacta tanks are true.
Re: New Casting and Story Rumors re: EPISODE VII I have to say, I kinda like this idea of someone else owning the Falcon now. It sets it up to continue to be used in the following movies, even if Ford himself won't be in them. And it also allows for Isaac's character to possibly become the new Han Solo for this younger generation of characters, which is a type that these movies really need to have. http://makingstarwars.net/2014/08/who-owns-the-millennium-falcon-in-star-wars-episode-vii/
Re: New Casting and Story Rumors re: EPISODE VII Hamill's getting in shape and looks pretty good. If the above photo is more or less what Luke will look like during the course of the Sequel Trilogy then I'm more than satisfied. He'll have an "Old Ben" air of wisdom and authority combined with just enough of the young farmboy and Rebel that he'll still feel like the classic Luke Skywalker we watched and loved as kids.
Re: New Casting and Story Rumors re: EPISODE VII Man, I hope there are outtakes with him saying his lines using his Joker voice.
Re: New Casting and Story Rumors re: EPISODE VII I still find it a bit hard to believe that the last time we saw Han, Luke and Leia was back in 1983. For some reason it always felt like the original movies stretched across much more of the 80s than they did (I guess because of the lasting impact on the culture, and on kids like me). But nope, the trilogy was already over in the early 80s. Which just seems insane for some reason.
Re: New Casting and Story Rumors re: EPISODE VII Mark had just turned 30 while filming Return of the Jedi. Now he's older than Alec Guinness was when they filmed the original movie. Time flies, sometimes at 0.5 past lightspeed.
Re: New Casting and Story Rumors re: EPISODE VII Anyone know if Ewan McGregor will show up as force ghost Kenobi? When asked about his younger appearance he'll just say: "Darn it, if Anakin can do it, I definitely can!"
