Mulgrew so awful to Jeri Ryan she had to date Braga for protection

I'm thinking the main shuttle bay, maybe in one of the shuttles itself. There's plenty of privacy, and it's entertaining to think of a shuttle rocking back and forth.

I'm just saying "In my ready room, Commander. Now."

And how about the turbolift? Or deflector dish control?

Two of my greatest impulses are at war with each other in this thread now. I am muzzled.

It's a good thing this thread morphing into other people's Mulgrew/Beltran fantasies has washed my mind clean of its usual bad thoughts.

    Haha I feel ya.
Thinking about the bad things that might have happened on the set makes me feel somewhat sad and is a bit unsettling.
Talking about, in my opinion, good things is much more satisfying :)

    You know what's hilarious.

If Chakotay had been Kirk he's be famous for not only being able to get Janeway (we knew she wanted him) but also 7. BOTH OF THEM. Quite the ladies man don't you think? But no one ever says this because his personality just can't carry it off.

Haha such a heartthrob, our dear Chakotay
And I bet other female crewmembers had the hots for him as well...:)

Well early S1 tried to setup a B'elanna interest in him that was quickly forgotten, and don't forget Seska and her crazy babydaddy plan.

Seska was good as an evil b**ch. They should have kept her on somehow as recurring. Without her, Voyager also didn't have any Cardassians! One of the things I loved about watching DS9 was seeing what crazy things Dukat was going to do. Seska was kind of like that even though she was in far fewer episodes. Every time you saw her, it was just like "Uh oh...". at least after her true nature was revealed.

Seska was a great character and her stories were always good. Tragic ending, they should have kept her. Maybe she could have been trying to get back to the Kazon ship and her son and Voyager could be trying to get away and she just misses her escape before Voyager pops into some wormhole transwarp thingie and take her so far away she can never get back. And then they are stuck with each other.

And every 8 weeks or so they do a Seska story where she breaks out of the brig or wherever they're keeping her. Would she ever acclimate enough to work with the crew? Would she always be plotting against them? Would she try to cut a deal with the Borg and then be assimilated herself? I had liked Martha Hackett from her appearance on DS9, so was glad to see her on Voyager. Too bad they didn't keep her.

Forget Kes or Seska. I still wish they had brought Rain Robinson on as a regular.

    But that's a whole different wish-list . . ..

The biggest flaw with Seska was her presence among the Kazon just emphasized how inept they were as villains. Seska was a wonderfully original just pure bad villain. That she so effortlessly all but took over a Kazon faction just shouts out how much they sucked as villains.

Not to mention a smiling Seska announcing she impregnated herself with your kid? How much more creepy does it get than that? :p

I came to love her as well.

And just like Melakon wrote, the writers could have had so many good stories with her. They could have kept her as a regular crewmember longer and developed her relationship with Chakotay more before she went off to the Kazon. And then for some reason she would be stuck with Voyager for the rest of their journey, perhaps in the brig with several attemts to break out and maybe some tragic ending like they wrote for Suder, her sacreficing herself for Voyager getting home or something like that.
So much potential with that character...
