    Hello!
I have started a new thread for my TNG era blueprints for ships that I am designing based off of my imagination:) I will update this as I get new ones uploaded.

Here is a ship that I have been working on, but it's not finished yet. This blueprint is just a work in progress.

Here is the link, just click on it to go to the image: http://img824.imageshack.us/i/intrepidvarient.jpg/

It's an Intrepid variant with some liberties taken by myself. Feel free to comment and offer suggestions!

Thanks! Here is a nacelle design that is based off of J.J. Abrams Star Trek for TNG, if it were to exist in that timeline. It's not done yet, but it's just one design, hopefully I will refine it more on my second one:)

The variant looks interesting, but I think if you try and draw a top or bottom view the nacelle attachments are going to give you problems. You'll have curving pylons attaching to a hull curving away from them, it would be a bitch to make in 3D and look very odd. Are you wokring on any other views, or do you just do side views?

Right now I am getting the side views and then I will do the front and top views. All of these are a work in progress so as I do all of the views, that way I can attempt to model them in 3d if I desire to:)

I might have to tweek things here and there though on the schematics as I get the top, front, and back views done up:) Thanks for pointing that out about the Intrepid variant The Axeman!

Thanks for the feedback of the TNG JJ Abram nacelle. I am redesigning it and will update it once I have it finished. Hopefully it will look more like a nacelle:lol:

WHat software are you using? It looks hand drawn (very neatly though!)

OK, that version I cannot picture in 3 dimensions.

Oh, and watch the multiple posts, they are against forum rules. Use the edit function on your existing post if possible.

Here is another update for the TNG nacelle design from JJ Abrams Star Trek. I went for a less curvy design after thinking about the 3d modeling process. Any comments are welcome:)
