A T-800 Terminator, Gort from "The Day the Earth Stood Still" (1951) and Wolverine from the X-Men enter the Thunderdome. Who walks out?
I say Wolverine takes out the T-800 just in time to be left a smoldering pile of adamantium bones by Gort's Eye beam. Interested to see what others think.
Yep, Gort. Though Wolvie and the Terminator have a chance if they team up and fastball special Gort, this is unlikely.
Wolverine can apparently reconstitute from a skeleton. Unless Gort can completely annihilate him before his healing factor can regenerate, I gotta say he'd end up the winner. (Nevermind the fact that I find the idea that he can reconstitute from his skeleton ridiculous.)
I think Wolverine would make waste of the Terminator pretty quick, he'd have his head chopped off in no time.
against a t-1000? If it's Wolvie as originally intended, with just superhuman healing, T-1000 wins hands down. Eventually, Logan would be beheaded or something the human body can't recover form. If it's 90's Wolverine, who's "healing" became regeneration to the point of coming back from a skeleton (or, I believe, even a drop of blood once), then it's a stalemate. Neither of them can do anything to hurt the other.
I wonder if Wolvie's claws would even cut Gort. For all we know, Gort was made from adamantium. I still think Gort disintegrates the T-1000 with his eye beam and leaves Wolverine a abstract sculpture of bone-shaped metal. UNLESS Wolverine knows the phrase, "Gort, Klaatu barada nicto".
