I hate exclusives like that, limited to a particular retailer.

While I'd only have an interest in maybe half, it's still a drag.

I think it's a terrible set. They're packing in two duplicates already. You've got the Roman Auton, and a stone Roman Auton, which is nothing more than a new paint job. Then you've got the ugly Dalek, with a stone ugly Dalek, which again is nothing more than a new paint job. What's the point?

This is the kind of thinking that gives us a Destroyed Cassandra "action" figure.

The only figure that interests me is the Stone Dalek for completist purposes.

It's a shame that we get two Auton Roman's and neither are Rory(even though he never turned to stone)

I have a feeling Fez Doctor with mop, Guard Rory and Auton Rory will never get made.

I have a feeling they'll get made, but probably as later "Exclusives" and Variants. These were probably already in the works by the time the unexpected Doctor Fez love happened. I'd imagine we'll see that one as a San Diego Comi-Con Variant or Forbidden Planet UK Exclusive next year. Hopefully the same can be said for Auton Rory (he should have been in Phase II of this season's releases)...

The Doctor with Mop and fez, as weve said a few times in this thread, is a popular and very much wanted special edition figure, even if it is a double pack with something like an Amy or even in the vain of the, ahem, "simple crappy re-paints of figures", have three versions of The Doctor (standard/mop and fez/partly exterminated)and the Pandorica."

Itll be a shame to do a damn exclusive that Will only available to a handful of fans/or only in the US as a comic-con exclusive, like the Time Crash set.

^But, all variants and Exclusive editions are released the general public usually a couple of months after everyone has tried to buy them on eBay or something. No worries. I'd bet any amount of money that you will get your Doc Fez figure. As for a Pandorica, my initial response would be, no, they won't spend money putting out simply a box. However, given all their pointless repaints and the like, I am of the mind that yes, there will be a Pandorica, yes, it will be just a painted box, and yes, it will be double-packed with a "Exclusive variant" or something making it $80 out of the box....

^ That wouldn't surprise me in the least actually.

I messed around some more with some night pictures. I guess you could say this is a Halloween flavoured one, with the Eighth Doctor sensing there something just over his shoulder. (And I really do wish that the 11th's FC Tardis had the sign light up the way the 9th/10th's did. It adds so much more to the shot.)

Picked up the Season 18 Tom and K-9 yesterday. Rather disappointed by the latter - Character have just repainted their standard 'current' K9, not noticing that the handles on the back and top were added for K9 and Company and weren't there earlier.

Holy shit that's awesome. You must be independently wealthy, though, given what I've seen along with the rest of your collection. You should open a museum... :techman:

+5 points for the M*A*S*H reference. :techman:

But, given this is a Star Trek forum, shouldn't you have referenced that it was James Kirk's home?
