that will go down in gaming legend. makes me wonder, what if they ever make a Legend of Zelda movie, will people reference this, like they do Vincent Chase & Aquaman
Now this one is a good one, there have been rumors of a Zelda movie for years, so it fits. I wonder if they will continue it for next year.
Some time and money went into that. Too bad its just a hoax. It looked better than some Sci-Fi Channel features I've seen.
Wasn't someone making a fan Zelda movie at some point? Perhaps this is just a fan film trailer. Either way, I woukld be first in line if this were a real movie. Zelda herself looks fantastic.
Of course, if a Zelda movie were to be made, I'm sure they'd try to get Orlando Bloom. Unless Ridley Scott is directing a r-rated epic Zelda movie, in which case Russell Crowe would be the adult Link.
Adult Link- My name is Linkus maximilius, you must die now villager- hey stop messing with the chickens! oh and next year........Metroid Prime
Speaking of Metroid, where did the John Woo Metroid plans go? If a Metroid movie ever got off the ground, they'd probably jettison Woo for someone like Brett Ratner, Paul W.S. Anderson or McG.
Won't happen. Top tier video game titles will never go to Uwe Boll for movie versions, despite all his Metal Gear talk. People know the score with Boll now and aren't going to let him anywhere near their movie rights. Hell, even Hunter: The Reckoning was taken back because they didn't want him ruining it and that's like a third-tier franchise.
Of course he has no lines, he's Link! He's only allowed to make grunting noises when swinging his sword and that yelp thing when he does a spin attack. But why no Navi?
Yup. He doesn't talk because he's a "silent protagonist" seen often in games... they want to leave his voice and dialog up to the imagination of the player controlling him. Which is funny to see in film
Darn....beaten to the punch..... Yes his name really is Link. The reason he has no lines is because in the Zelda games Link never says a word either as voice or text.
