This topic is intended to keep a list of useful sites for people wishing to design and build their own sites. If you wish, suggest some links and what they are about and I'll edit them into the first post. I'll try and arrange them into catagories as best I can when we have enough.

^ ripway.com (sort of an offshoot of villagephotos.com) would be what you're looking for.

 

TinyPic and TinyURL are both very handy sites to know.

 

How about a good cheap/free image/avatar editor for Mac OS X? I know there has to be some out there! Thanks in advance!

Aaaahhh! It never fails- any time I have a question I can get the answer on the BBS.

What about sites for D/L templates? I want to start a site as an electronic business card for displaying my writing (newspaper articles I've written, press releases, brochures, course outlines, ect) and the ones I've found don't really go with what I'm looking for.
