Oh I dunno, I'd be quite happy for Hawkeye, Mockingbird, Falcon, and as many of the low tech, low-powered heroes as are necessary to get their own series. Cap, Widow, Winter Soldier, Nomad, Diamondback, even good old Demolition Man or Free Spirit would suit. It could be like Alias but with sillier outfits, fewer wigs, and less boob.

I like the idea of a team up of Hawkeye, Mockingbird & Winter Soldier, maybe with Fury as lead.

It is worth mentioning that Winter Solider first emerges as the bad guy before he becomes good again. I can see him being introduced as the secondary surprise villain in "Captain America 2". Or maybe we will get hints of him and they will full blown use him in 3.

TBH I was picturing him simply as the villian in Cap Am 2, my first thought would be that the movie is him & Cap both waking up to the world, but really Cap has Avengers before that, so the timeline doesnt quite work.

Still if Cap Am is missing his time, then the reveal of Bucky as villian half way though might work.

I like this idea the best. I was thinking that he could be seen as just a mysterious shadowy figure hunting the heroes through a couple of movies, before it's finally revealed in either CA2 or (if we get that far) 3 that it's Bucky.

I have a feeling Winter Soldier is going to be part of a sequel. They have Stan signed for that many afterall.

I wouldn't mind seeing Master Man in the sequel that way they could run parallel stories in the past and present and have Bucky appear in the flashback. They could modify the Namor storyline where he fought Master Man in present day and have Cap fight him and newer Master Man as well, Cap did appear in that storyline anyway.

I believe the Cap sequel would be a good fit for a Zemo story. It could be kept realistic for general movie audiences (the original Zemo in the past and his grandson in the present). And if they wanted to go there, they could also use the Zemo plot to set up a Masters of Evil confrontation for Avengers 2.

Unless it's done in The Avengers, Captain America 2 will almost certainly be the return of the Red Skull.

^ Yeah I would expect multiple storylines in Cap 2.

I think the Barons Zemo would work nicely as villains in Cap 2 (with one causing trouble in the present, and Cap flashing back to a confrontation with the other during World War II), with the post-credits teaser either revealing Red Skull's return or Winter Soldier. Or maybe Winter Soldier can be hinted at through Cap 2, and Red Skull returns in the post-credits scene, then Cap 3 is about both Red Skull and Winter Soldier.

I'd introduce the General Lukin storyline perhaps to introduce Winter Soldier for Cap 3 and the return of the Red Skull since the two of them are interconnected with one another.

Cap 2 can be the Zemos, while Super-Patriot can be in Cap 3 (the "Captain America No More!" storyline), since "Cap No more!" ended with the reveal that the Skull was behind it all. Nice way of setting up his return.

Both IGN and Blastr are running a story that the CA:TFA writer has said that he would like to have Peter Dinklage as MODOK as the villain for the sequel. According to the Blastr story he would also want it to be set during WWII.
    Both stories ran this quote:
I don't know about anyone else, but I would love to see that. Although, I'd still prefer the story to be set in the modern day.

I think the odds of MODOK making it onscreen are pretty slim (deservedly).
