The SHIELD comic sounds interesting, I'll definitely give it a chance. I've been enjoying the sHIELD characters they use in Secret Avengers (well, I'm not a huge fan of Fury,jr but he's not bad) and I'd like to see a SHIELD book. Using comic versions of some of the TV show people is cool.

Call me superficial, but if they're not wearing multi-colored spandex and using super-powers than I'm not as interested

    Superior Spider-Man #32: Spider-Verse Prologue

I really dug this issue. I'd forgotten how awesome Spidey-Ock was. I'm really excited for this storyline. Not only is it a crossover with every single Spider-Man of every single version... it's a team being led by Spidey-Ock! That's awesome! And the villain is a Big Daddy, which is also awesome!

The Infinity Revelation is terrible - like most of Starlin's recent work it goes nowhere.

I haven't read it yet, but as much as I've liked the entire ride, this story should have finished with Infinity Gauntlet #6 after Thanos faked his death and went to farm wheat in the boondocks because he really wasn't into Universal Domination as much as he thought he would be.

    Original Sin # 7 of 8

Okay, I really gave this story the benefit of the doubt, and the beginning was very exciting, but with only one issue left I'll finally admit this was mostly a waste of time. It was a story that was exciting at the time but in retrospect does nothing. Just like "Fear Itself". I enjoyed reading it, but it's not a timeless classic.

Still really enjoying Amazing Spider-Man! I love Silk!

Can someone refresh my memory? Is Secret Avengers still ongoing? Because if SHIELD by Waid and co. is going to be Coulson's show, I've been getting the sense of Secret Avengers being the Maria Hill show.

Secret Avengers can be about anything.

Look at how many times Thunderbolts has completely changed direction.

I saw something surprising at the Wal-Mart where I work on Wed. They actually had a whole display of Marvel comic TBPs as part of the promotional stuff for ASM2. I think this was the first time I've ever actually seen comic books in a Wal-Mart, or at least the on where I work.
For anyone who iss curious they were:
CA: The Winter Soldier (I think it was just part 1, it didn't look thick enough to be both)
Vol 1 of the Brian Michael Bendis Avengers
    ASM: Big Time
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Avengers (Vol 1 of BMB's Guardians)
and maybe one or two more I can't remember.
I personally think it would be a great idea if they actually sold comics at Wal-Mart more often. It seems to me it would be a great place to encourage impulse buys.

Also, those Wal-Mart books are only $5. I picked up all but the Avengers one (ugh, that arc was terrible, like most of Bendis' post-Siege Avengers stuff.)

    Punisher called Ghostrider a ####.

I'm reasonably sure that #### is the word for vagina beginning with C.

"THE SPIRIT OF VENGEANCE IS NOT A ####!!!"

    Fricking hilarious.

But do you want to know what was the most awesome?

Ghostrider: "HOW!?!? YOU HAVE MURDERED THOUSANDS! HOW DO YOU RESIST MY PENANCE STARE??!!"

    Punisher: "I regret nothing."

    :D

    So frakking sweet!

    My lord!

How is this book low selling, on borrowed time and cancelled?

    (Thunderbolts.)

Because people want the Thunderbolts to be something else.

Anyone read the new Hulk issue? Sure, it rehashes the "smart Hulk", but this time the Hulk's morality seems somewhat messed up (shades, perhaps of the possible future incarnation the Maestro, who actually makes a small cameo).

Re: Marvel Now/ReEvolution Ongoing Discussion (Spoilers)

He's just the Punisher on a global scale.

    Not evil, just focused.

(Surely the Punisher is evil considering how many people he is killed?)

    I despise A-Bomb.

    Bring back Rick Jones!

That guy, now I freaking that that guy.

(And that's times 10 for the animated A-Bomb... The Stupid writers on the Agents of S.M.A.S.H. thought that A-Bomb was using the definition of Bomb (but does it?) meaning exciting fun time... When it's really about how he's turned into an Abomination and not a Hulk.

read it. liked it. i usually dig Mark Waid's stuff but man, his Hulk run was not that great. surprised they didn't give us yet another first issue once he left. last weeks issue was a step in the right direction.

I liked the Black Widow/Punisher #9's crossover from last week.
It's essentially the same story told from two perspectives so you don't have to read both.
I'm already buying both so I found it that much more enjoyable.

Moon Knight #6, the end of Ellis run, which I'm not saddened by. Let's get a long term creative team going on the book. Prima donnas exit stage left.
