Thank you for your advice and thank you everyone for your well wishes! Sugar is such a loving kitty and I hate to see him suffering. I posted his lab results (blood work results) in my thread asking for advice about my Sugar. Here is one of my favorite photos of him, which I took last November:
I don't know if it'll help your situation, but I've mentioned I give my 9yo male water via a syringe 3x a day. It's one of those plastic ones you get at the dentist, for flushing things like a dry socket, etc. I warm the water up a little so he'll drink it. It's kept him from having a recurrence of sterile cystitis for quite a few years now.
So sorry to hear about your Sugar, Ro. I was watching TV and as I reached for my water I happened to notice Füb lying on 'her chair' next to me, lying like only a cat can lie -to bad I woke her up with my flash-photography in the middle of the night...
Took this one yesterday of Phantom and Banshee enjoying an open window and watching all the birds and squirrels.
Aww, Banshee! She's gotten big It's been a while since I posted in here. This is Shy, a couple days ago when the rain broke long enough to venture outside. I have never before gotten a pic of her with her eyes closed, but since the other option is usually Lasers On Full, I'm calling it good.
I haven't posted any pictures of Inkie for a while. Her (almost identical) sister Penny never seems to be around when I'm taking photos, but I'll get some new ones with them together soon hopefully. Here she is:
^Brilliant shot! Looks just like that here too; same stare, same stance why do we have those predators in our homes???
Aww I love that! I found a bird video that Comet really likes. Here's the link if anyone else wants to try it. [yt]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b-bEtoNzGHY[/yt]
Let me know if she reacts to it! I posted this in the picture thread, but it's probably more appropriate here.
Watched intently most of the time. At times, she approached and patted the screen with her lethal paws, or looked around looking for the birds briefly.
Junior has decided one of my laundry baskets is far more comfortable than his blue kitty bed--which is mere inches away. and another photo of him being a ginormous fluff-ball
