I don't think so, but a good joke is a good joke, and yours is very correct, so I wouldn't sweat it.

To answer your question, "A's" implies possessive and you wanted plural. I would have written in "A"s and "N"s.

 

So in answer to the question, there are both more As and Ns in "canon", than in "Khanon".
