Well I'm glad you enjoyed it. I've heard her live singing on TV and was not impressed. Maybe the production of a full concert helped that some.
Believe me, no one is more surprised then me that I a actually had a good time. Her voice seamed okay, if not a bit weak. I have never listened to her music, so I have no idea whether she sings well or not. However the show she put on was fantastic and fun.
I finished this cross stitched pendant tonight: It will be a present for my sister. She's been to Paris three times...I've never been. Also, I designed another Hawkeye themed cross stitch piece...Hawkeye seems to like it.
My mom and dad drove up to Syracuse from North Carolina to visit with their grand kids. The boys were most excited about going fishing for the first time with grandpa. Grandpa instructing the boys on the finer skills of fishing Aaron caught a 15" large mouth bass, reeled it in with a little help from grandpa. He wouldn't hold it but did get him to touch it. Ian caught a small little sunny, he couldn't wait to hold it.
It was Hubby's birthday this weekend. He still doesn't like me to post pictures of him on the board, so here are some scenery shots! It is hard to believe people can still ski in the summer when everyone else is walking around in shorts and t-shirts!
Thanks! That is Whistler Blackcomb, BC (site of the ski/luge/bobsled events of the 2010 Winter Olympics) Hubby and I had a bit of a chuckle about the fact that we had to make/import snow for some of the Games, and this year they can still ski in July!
Went Blueberry picking yesterday with the kids. Planning on making some Blueberry jam, we picked 17 pounds of Blueberries. In the middle of picking, there was a torrential downpour of rain but that didn't put us off. Ian picking Blueberries Aaron getting some berries Our haul, 17 pounds of Blueberries
