Any show that can pull over 10 million and a 3.0 demo in its 8th season after that show started over 9 years ago is doing BLOODY GOOD .
24 was a fine show at one point, but they had 6 seasons in LA and one in Washing DC and now NYC. I'm sorry but the terrorists are going to try to blow up NYC long before they try to blow up LA. I mean really something bad happens in LA and everyone would go "I can't even tell the difference". :P
Most shows have a dodgy plot after a few years in terms of the base of the show, House getting away with all his deeds and the same for Denny Crane for example. However just like in 24 I can over look that and just enjoy the story they give us though I had worries for 24 after the end of season 6 as it was the first time they ran out of story but well the 24th episode and had to come up with something else. However the 2 year break did 24 no end of good ans season 7 was top notch though I will admit how they dealt with the whole Virus killing Jack was stupid when he refused to let Kim save him when she had only a 1% of dying from giving him what he needed.
